Returns & Exchanges

Overview

Many Virginia Heritage Co. items are produced on demand. Because of this, returns for change-of-mind are generally not accepted. However, we do offer size exchanges on eligible items, and we will always resolve issues involving damage, defects, or incorrect items.


Size Exchanges (Eligible Items)

We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition (no stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear)

  • Requested within 14 days of the delivery date

Exchange costs:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping of the original item.

  • The replacement shipment follows our standard shipping rules, including free standard shipping on U.S. orders $99+ (subtotal after discounts, before taxes). If the replacement order does not meet $99+, standard shipping applies.

Availability note:
If the requested size is not available (especially for limited drops), we will offer the best available option (replacement if possible) or store credit.


Returns (Change of Mind)

Because many items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size (use the size exchange process instead)

  • Preference-based reasons (fit feel, color preference, etc.), unless the item is defective


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Time window: Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

What to send us:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue (and packaging if the box/poly mailer is damaged)

Resolution options:
Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement (reprint) or a refund.


How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Subject line: Return/Exchange Request – Order #_____

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) and size(s)

  • The reason (size exchange, damaged, incorrect item, etc.)

  • Photos if damaged/defective/incorrect

We’ll respond with instructions and next steps.
