Ordering & Production
Are your products in stock or made to order?
Most items are made to order. Once you place an order, it is produced specifically for you and then shipped.
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. Production time can vary by product type and seasonal volume.
When will my order ship?
Your order ships after production is complete. Total delivery time is production time + shipping transit time.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders $99+ (subtotal after discounts, before taxes). Free shipping applies automatically at checkout.
How much is shipping if my order is under $99?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, your destination, and the shipping method available for those items.
How long does shipping take?
Transit time depends on the shipping method and destination shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, peak-season volume, or customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries. International availability can vary by product and destination.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking & Packages
Will I receive tracking?
Yes—tracking is provided when available. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the facility.
My tracking hasn’t updated yet—should I worry?
Not usually. Tracking can take a few business days to update after a label is created or the package is received by the carrier.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some orders ship in separate packages if items are produced in different facilities or ship routes. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Address Changes, Cancellations & Edits
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Possibly—but only if the order has not entered production. Email us immediately with your order number and the corrected address.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellations are time-sensitive because orders move into production quickly. Contact us ASAP and we’ll confirm whether the order can still be canceled.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately. If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an address issue, reshipment may require additional shipping costs.
Size Exchanges & Returns
Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes. We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
What qualifies for a size exchange?
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or visible wear

Requested within 14 days of delivery
What do I pay for a size exchange?

The customer is responsible for return shipping (sending the original item back).

If your replacement order qualifies for free shipping ($99+), standard shipping on the replacement is free. Otherwise, standard shipping applies to the replacement.
Are there items that can’t be exchanged?
Some items (or limited drops) may be exchange-restricted due to availability. If the size you need is no longer available, we’ll offer the closest option: replacement (if possible) or store credit.
Do you accept returns for change-of-mind?
Because many items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (item + issue). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
My package says “delivered” but I don’t have it—what now?
Check around your delivery area (porch/side door/mailroom), ask neighbors/household members, and contact the carrier. If it still can’t be located, email us and we’ll guide next steps.
Sizing & Product Details
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart on the product page and compare it to a similar garment you already own (measure chest width and length). If you’re between sizes, sizing up is typically safer for a relaxed fit.
Will colors look exactly like the photos?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the print process. Minor variation is normal.
